We are a delivery firm that also staffs.
That order matters. Most of the consultants we place are people our own delivery leads have worked alongside — so the technical screen is done by someone who has actually built what the candidate claims to build.
It also means we will tell you when a role is mis-specified. If the job description asks for a unicorn at a market rate that does not exist, you will hear that in the first conversation rather than after six weeks of silence.
And if the honest answer is that you need a project delivered rather than a seat filled, we can do that instead.

Defined-term engagement for a project or a capacity gap. We handle employment, compliance and payroll; you get the consultant.

Contract to hire
Work together first, convert later. Conversion terms agreed at the start so nobody is renegotiating under pressure at month six.

Direct placement
Permanent hire, single fee, replacement terms in writing. Used when the role is genuinely ongoing and a contractor would be the wrong answer.

Managed capacity
A small named team under our delivery management rather than yours, for organisations without the bandwidth to direct contractors day to day.
