PLC and control
Allen-Bradley and Rockwell — ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000 and RSLogix. Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7. Ladder, function block and structured text.
SERVICE
PLC, SCADA and HMI specialists for manufacturers and system integrators. Contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement across the United States.
WHERE WE FIT
Most controls requirements are urgent by the time they reach a staffing firm. A programme was won, a shutdown window is fixed, someone left mid-commissioning, or the schedule moved left. None of those wait.
We are small and we answer quickly. Send a requirement and you get either a submission or a straight no, the same day. If we need to source rather than draw on people we already know, we will tell you that too. We would rather tell you fast that we cannot cover something than sit on it for a fortnight.
We are not going to be the cheapest name on your vendor list. We intend to be the one that replies.
PLATFORMS
We stay inside what we can vouch for. If a requirement sits outside this list we will say so rather than take it and hope.
Allen-Bradley and Rockwell — ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000 and RSLogix. Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7. Ladder, function block and structured text.
Ignition, FactoryTalk View SE and ME, Wonderware and System Platform, WinCC and PanelView. Screen design, alarming, historian configuration and tag architecture.
EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP and OPC UA. Managed switch configuration, plant network segmentation and the OT side of an OT/IT boundary.
Historian work, OEE and downtime reporting, and the handoff into SQL and BI. This is the part most controls firms leave for someone else to sort out later.
WHO WE WORK WITH
You have won a programme and need engineers on it now. We supply contract controls engineers for project peaks, commissioning windows and shutdowns, and we understand working as a sub to your delivery lead.
You need a controls engineer on your own line — for a migration, a capital project, a retrofit, or to cover a gap. Contract or contract-to-hire, with the option of a direct placement if the right person turns up.
SECTORS
Food and beverage, packaging, and water and wastewater are the strongest fits — heavily automated, project-driven, and well represented across Missouri and Illinois. We also work in general manufacturing, distribution and material handling.
Platform, sector, location, duration, rate range and start date. If any of those are still moving, say so — it changes who we put forward.
Either a submission with a real profile, or a straight no. If we need to source rather than go to bench, you will hear that too.
We do not pad a shortlist to look busy. If we send you two people it is because we think both can do it.
W-2, 1099 or corp-to-corp. Insurance certificates and paperwork handled before day one, not on it.
COMMON QUESTIONS
One to two weeks is realistic where the engineer is already known to us and the paperwork is straightforward. We would rather say two weeks and mean it than promise days and miss. Where a client requires background checks, drug screening or site-specific safety training, that timeline is set by them, not us.
It depends on the individual and we will tell you plainly which of ours will and will not. Commissioning work is on site by definition, so this is usually the first thing worth establishing.
Yes — short, intense engagements are normal in this work. Tell us the window and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
No. We supply engineers; we do not bid on integration work. That matters if you are an integrator yourself — we are not going to turn up as a competitor on your client's next project.
A single engineer for a few weeks is a normal engagement for us. We are small enough that it is worth our time.
Send the details and you will get a submission or a straight answer the same day.
