ProdigyM Solutions, LLC is a technology consulting and staffing company based in St Charles, Missouri.
WHO WE ARE
Practitioners, structured deliberately.
ProdigyM operates as a small core with a network of senior consultants across the United States and India. Most have fifteen years or more in Microsoft business intelligence, ETL and data warehousing, and carry current Microsoft certifications.
We keep the core small on purpose. It means the person who scopes your work stays on it, and it means we can decline engagements that are a poor fit without a sales quota arguing otherwise.
The trade-off is honest: we are not the firm to call if you need forty consultants next Monday. We are the firm to call if you want four people who have solved your problem before.

Four commitments we will hold ourselves to.
Estimates are numbers, not ranges
After scoping you get a figure we intend to hold to. If something genuinely changes, you will hear about it the week it happens rather than in an invoice.
Seniority is not a sales tactic
The consultant in the scoping call is the consultant on the project. We do not substitute a junior after signature.
Our own numbers get reconciled too
We apply the same standard to our invoices and reporting that we apply to yours. If a figure does not tie out, we fix it and explain it.
